PREMIUM DUCATI PERFORMANCE requires a Ducati Master Technician. This esteemed title is awarded to technicians who complete Ducati North America’s grueling Level I, Level II, and Level III training. Level three has four modules; the first consists of training in the inner workings and set-up of Ohlins suspension components. The second module consists of engine dynometer training enabling the dealership to further diagnose problems and further tune the motorcycle. The remaining two modules are comprised of advanced electronic troubleshooting and operations management training. Our technicians have attained this prestigious certification.
